2024 FOREST RIVER GREY WOLF BLACK LABEL 26DBHBL- in Excellent condition!! 31’ 8’’ length. Travel trailer. NEVER taken on the road besides 10 mile transport between dealer and house. 2 door entry. Outside storage. Outdoor shower hose, refrigerator, gas grill, awning, and more. I believe 30amp AC unit that works perfectly blowing cool air throughout trailer. Can close main AC vent to allow air to flow through ceiling vents to bunk bed and master room sleeping areas. When cold outside- can use gas setting on AC unit for heat, but would recommend using electric fireplace to heat to save $ on gas. Works very well in winter and has multiple different heat settings. Has gas water heater. We were able to connect a hose to the trailer from our home water heater to provide warm water. We can show you how to do that if interested. :) Full size bunkbeds, U-shaped dining area that converts into additional sleeping, futon-couch that turns into additional sleeping. Private “master” room fits Queen size mattress with dual sliding doors for added privacy. Sleeps 10 total! Master room has ~smaller~ dual closet areas with mirrors and additional above bed storage. Bed lifts up for large under-bed storage area! U-shaped dining area has 2 LARGE deep drawers that allow for generous storage space. There is also a little more additional storage behind the couch. Single full bathroom with sink, shower with upgraded shower head and wand, toilet. Above behind mirror storage and under the sink storage. Kitchen with gas 3 burner stovetop and glass cover for extra counter space. Large deep sink and bar cup sprayer. Large fridge and drawer freezer. Large pantry with door.
