Easy and Hassle free experience!

I was looking for a Mustang Mach E and started at local dealers in LA, which was an annoying experience to say the least.

I saw a great deal online  at Porterville Ford but was worried about the distance, but figured I'd reach out.

Deborah texted me shortly after and it was a really smooth experience from there. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

Once I made up my mind, I scheduled a day to show up.

My new car was outside freshly detailed, the entire process was streamlined.

There were no surprise fees or weird sales tactics. I paid exactly what I was told via text.

I actually ended up getting a letter from Ford revising my payment down afterwards which was awesome.

If you're on the fence about making the drive to Porterville Ford, I personally think it's worth it. They're upfront about how much you will pay and are readily available via text or phone.

10/10 From start to finish Selena was very helpful and informative ! She had to go in and fix another dealers mistake and she took care of everything with no complaint and got us into the truck we wanted . Shes one hell of a negotiator and has her customers best interest in mind even after a defect was found she made sure to include it in the due bill and take care of it. I would highly recommend Selena and the porterville team. I can proudly say I will now purchase all my Ford vehicles from Porterville Ford. As for Kenny in finance my hat goes off to you sir. One hell of a guy and made the paperwork easy and straightforward. Keep up the great work guys !

Great experience! All I did was literally go in and sign the docs. Selena and Deborah did all the work and made it effortless for me. Had I’ve known it was going to be this easy….I would’ve went in sooner.

I have purchased a few cars in my life, and the process has always been unenjoyable, with hidden fees and pushy salespeople. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT PORTERVILLE FORD. I worked with Deborah over the phone, and the price we agreed upon was the price we closed at. By the time I arrived at the dealership, they had 3 trucks with different colors charged and ready for me to pick one out of. It was a smooth transaction and an enjoyable one. Came home in a 2025 Lightning and I love it.
