If I could give this damn place a zero, I would. The lack of communication is sickening, and not keeping customers updated is disgusting. I secured an appointment for 12/4/23 at 1:45 pm for my car service. I was informed that I can track my vehicle progress in real-time using a vehicle tracker. Unfortunately, I had to contact my service provider because I didn’t know what was going on with my car. At approximately 4:30 pm, I texted the service provider, Hector, who told me my car still had not seen a tech. I scrambled to find a way to get a rental car to return to work for the next day. I am beyond frustrated with this company. On 12/5/23, my car had been there for 24 hours, and I still hadn’t received any updates on what was happening. I contacted the service provider and was informed that they are still looking for a tech to service my car. After speaking with the service manager, Sean, he informed me that he is short of staff right now and will need another day to get my car serviced. I told them that I would be picking up my car.
I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, and the valet man informed me that he needed to jumpstart my car. Now, I am puzzled because I am confused as to why my car needs to be jump started when my car has no issue with the battery. The man explained why he needed to jumpstart my car, which was a lie. Furthermore, I noticed a part missing from my door handle that was there upon arrival. All of a sudden, this piece was taken off my door. I contacted the service department, and the ladies working there were unprofessional and rude. She claimed she would have the service manager call me, but I never received a call.

I drove to this dealership from out of town to look at a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The salesperson and sales manager were pretty pushy, but I shared I wanted to sleep on it before making a decision.

The sales manager asked what it would take for me to not need to sleep on it, and I shared that $1,000 off the price would make me sign right there. The sales manager agreed, and we shook on it. He even had me ring a bell, and all the salespeople in the office cheered : )

Then, the salesperson found me a few minutes later and shared that they could not sell the 2022 Tucson at that price, as they would be losing money. I shared that we shook hands, and even rang the bell. But, he said they could not honor this.

Summary - I loved the car, and would have purchased it. But the sales manager made a deal that he could not honor. He was nowhere to be found afterwards. I would not buy a car at the Napleton Downtown dealership.

Spoke on the phone twice about a specific vehicle, was not made aware someone else was working on a deal or interested. I let the dealer know I was coming from over three hours away. The next morning we texted to confirm my appointment to test drive. I arrive and it takes them awhile to find the keys, then they come back to let me know it sold an hour ago. The salesman let me know the new buyer had been working on a deal with them for awhile and next time if I saw something from their lot that I liked I could put a deposit down to save it. It would have been nice to know that before driving so far for nothing.

The rubber on the old key FOB was worn. I ordered a new one online took it to Napleton to program a few months ago.
Had to get a jump on my battery Tuesday Jan 16 2024 to get home. Wednesday my brain says start the car from the inside with the old key, lock the door with the new key go back in the house to stay warm, and let the car run for about 15-20min. So I get the old key, FOB, press the button for the key to pop-up, no key. I put both keys together then I noticed they have taken/kept my old key and just gave me the FOB back. I mentioned it to one of my male co-workers and he examined both keys and told me exactly what they did. I came straight home, called and was transferred to the service department, no one answered.
Had to leave a message. Hopefully I'll hear from them tomorrow.
I didn't have problems when I was dealing with the Rogers Pontiac Service Men.
Reading all these disgruntle reviews are so sad. Congratulations to those of you that had success.  I did have success with my oil change.

Great customer service. From the moment I stepped foot in the door Miss Sylva, one of the lovely sales associates made me feel very welcome and at home. She was very informative and went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend to anyone looking to make a purchase to request her.
