I bought my first motorcycle today and the experience was so nice. Lyon is very knowledgeable and kind! He took the time to chat about maintenance and beginner tips. Even after being a bit wobbly on my feet when dismounting 😅 He made me feel right at home with my choice. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would! I have a feeling that as long as Arcadia Motorcycle Company is here, I'll be a customer!

I set up an appointment just to look at inventory in person. However, I ended up purchasing my first motorcyle with Lyon. He was really helpful, not pushy, and more importantly, I felt his passion for what he does. Fell in love with a Honda Rebel in the showroom, and so far I'm having a blast learning how to ride. No issues with the moyorcyle so far, all the bikes looked like they were in good condition. He was also able to deliver it to my home which is a plus for someone who doesn't know how to ride.

I went in to check out a Honda Rebel. The entire process from setting up appointment to seeing the bike was smooth, Lyon was very professional. I did not end up buying a rebel but I would for sure check this place out first next time I’m ready to switch bike.

What a pleasant experience this was. As a relatively new rider I was nervous about buying a bike and had so many questions. Lyon was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for the next day. He answered all my questions and then some. I never felt rushed. We got all the paperwork done the same day so I didn’t have to come back again. He also works with a delivery service which I was happy to learn given how far I live and the limited experience I had riding when I bought it.
The shop is clean and tidy and feels like a place where bikes are loved and cared for.
Lyon is a great guy and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I was in the market to purchase my first motorcycle but unfortunately most dealerships we’re turning me down due to my credit not being the best.
