These are great couches, selling couch and love seat as set or can sell them separately if u would like only one. Material and color: cream velvet which is super easy to clean. I have had in past removed permanent marker, pen and other marks off this couch and looks like new no trace of anything. Most of marks u can clean with just water and soap some I used carpet cleaner super easy. I also included in pictures one button missing but I have it just needs to be sewed on and on the side of love seat material came off of one button which I don’t have so it is as is u see in pictures. Selling because we are remodeling and no longer need them. Measurements I included in pictures. $1,400 for both if buying together or if buying separately $800 for couch and $700 for loveseat. Taking reasonable offers if interested….
