This is an antique Petrus Regout & Co. blue transferware plate in the "Abbey" pattern. The design depicts a scenic architectural landscape featuring a Gothic abbey in ruins. It was produced by Petrus Regout & Co. in Maastricht, Holland, a major ceramic producing center from the mid-1830s through the late 2000s. Plates in this pattern are often dated to the late 19th century, around the 1880s to 1900. The plate is an example of flow blue transferware, known for its deep indigo color.
