5 person hot tub. Has one lounger. Model No. II4W1253. I confirmed it’s the 2018 model. Everything works. I just cleaned/drained to store for the summer however I refilled it so that it can be shown with the heater, jets and lights on. The spa was originally purchased from Desert Hot Tubs on Arizona Ave/202 in Chandler by the original owners and they have been very helpful as far as being able to order replacement parts for this hot tub like the cover, filters, pillows, etc. All they need is the model number (noted above) and they can order anything. The cover was replaced in 2023 so its about two yrs old. Some of the outer panels need to be renailed (see photos). Comes with steps and handrail in photo. You must have your electrical situated to hook up this hot tub. It requires sub panel 230v permanently connected. This hot tub cannot just be plugged in. My electrical sub panel is NOT included so you will need to have your sub panel in place or arrange for an electrician to install /upgrade yours. I did call a local company who specializes in hot tub electrical hookups and he said he has the voltage in stock to build a sub panel if you need one. That company is Arizona Spa Electrical, LLC. You would need to move the spa yourself to its new location. Pls let me know if you have any questions or would like to come see it.
