Vintage 1979’s analog Panasonic Noise Reduction Unit Model RP-966. (Extremely rare and hard to find) - This is a great unit for running recording signals thru, Calibrating tape machines (has a Calibration Tone), great for check the dB of mic’s or amps with its calibrated analog VU meter, master volume control, Dolby B NR, I used it for mix and masters as well as my teac reel to reel 4track.. also works better than the built in NR on the Tascam mk112! What was considered at the time – to be an affordable NRU is now a 'must-have' piece of gear for analog studios. Excellent physical and working condition. These are selling between $75-$199.
