Still like new, with a couple very small, barely noticedable scuffs from cross state move. No smoking, no dogs, but there is a cat in the house. When I say solid, it's solid and high quality. No rocking or swaying and can hold a good deal of weight Your kids will be the first to apply any stickers, markers or crayons to it. Great for people visiting which is what it has been mainly used for. I paid a good deal more for this set about 2 years ago and it's seen about 6 months of use. Selling because the teen has moved in FT and would like something more grown up. Comes with both lower and upper bunks, ladder, a pull out trundle, a twin mattress and twin sheet set(s). May part with the full mattress for 75 dollars more. Both mattresses are memory foam (green tea infused for some reason) and in great shape.
