I recently visited east county pre owned superstore  as a first-time car buyer, hoping for a smooth and informative experience. Initially, things started off well — Alex, the sales rep I was working with, was helpful and answered my questions. However, the experience quickly went downhill when it came time to discuss pricing.

When I mentioned that I wanted to take some time to look around before making a final decision, another staff member, Sai, became noticeably aggressive and dismissive. Instead of respecting my decision, he told me to “get out and go purchase somewhere else.” I was shocked by how quickly the attitude changed simply because I wasn’t ready to commit on the spot.

As a first-time buyer, I expected guidance — not pressure or hostility. Be aware that while some of the staff may be helpful, they clearly do not take it well if you decide not to buy from them right away. Very disappointing experience.
