We all know it can be overwhelming to shop and purchase a used vehicle. Michael at Route 28 motors listened to our parameters regarding, mileage, cost and brand of car.  He was thorough and friendly.  Didn't mind my pushback with questions or comments.  We ended up with a used car for my 17 year old daughter and we are very happy with the process.  I would go back and highly recommend them.

I was in the market for a car for my daughter a few weeks ago, when a friend recommended this dealership, which is a good distance away from where I live and work but which was well worth the trip. Mike and Harry were very easy to deal with, the paperwork and process were quick and easy, and Mike was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I got a good car for a fair price and when the car encountered what turned out to be a minor issue, Mike made sure it was addressed at my convenience, which I find unusual these days even for a new car dealership, much less a used one. Could not have been happier with the experience. 5 stars. Sam
