YES it all works and functions like a normal home. Electric, heathed hose, heavy duty connectors, new gas lines, 2 propane tanks, sway bar, lots and lots of storage, new bathroom (deep portable tub) new copper sink, new toilet, and reinforced bathroom floor for the ferp tub. New shower connections, brand new water heater!! Connections for kitchen and bathroom are all copper/brass connections. Grey and black tanks are flushed and cleaned out. Antifreeze was put in to keep everything intact. We gutted out the bulky rv furniture to put it our own furniture (not included) we fit a heavy adjustable queen bed in the master, and a twin in the other bedroom. Interior cracks sealed for winter. Brand new high end berber carpet, new kitchen sink, spray faucet, new tile around gas stove, rv size fridge. The outside storage was a grill area (which you can get one to hook up to it) it also has a 2nd sink! In photos we just used it for storage. This rv was almost complete but we had gotten our forever home early! This was well cared for, underbelly and tires in amazing shape. Slide bars are also included. We used them for a full size recliner couch, and a adjustable queen bed. Biggest thing here is few unfinished cosmetic like paint (if you choose to change it) it's 30ampz electric and gas. Every thing works!!! All ya gotta do us hook it up (sewer, gas, hoses (a heated one) is all included. Just add you and your furniture!! BRAND NEW ELECTRIC FIRLEPLACE INCLUDED! TV CONNECTIONS READY!!
