Truck runs but has a miss fire. Most likely due to mds cam and lifters failure. I recommend a mds delete, removal of engine rather than in frame repair so you can clean, inspect and install new cam bearings and crank bearings, inspection of cylinder heads for loose valve seats, valve job. When done you will have a fresh motor, not just a used motor with gaskets. Too big of a job for you? You remove and install motor. I have the ability to help with engine building.
