It DOES work when plugged in….the Second hand moves around the clock….can attach a video if need be First come first serve….I delete and re-post everyday….want this piece gone ASAP—so if you like it/want to please make an offer….it is available until it is marked “SOLD” 7” wide by 11.5” tall by 3.5” depth Beautiful Italian antique/capodimonte clock with plug…see video it does work when plugged in…there is just 1 chip on one flower (see pic 8) is to be expected with an old piece…it is NOT that noticeable. Looks French Provincial in style….perfect for any MCM home decor/or on a fireplace mantle. Open to reasonable offers!!
