All three stars go to my sales man, I think his name was Ronald, Retired Army vet. I’d give less overall be he deserves that, I’d give 2 stars to his manager who wasn’t personable, and 1 star for finance. I got the price squared away on a Friday night so that Saturday I can be in and out, I waited 2 hours to sign for my car I didn’t even finance with them, and then waited another hour waiting for the car to be ready. I spent 6 hours total there, a new record personally, usually I get under 3 hours. But I got the best deal, and best salesman in town!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Jehmir, our salesman from yesterday. Although we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I couldn’t walk away without recognizing the exceptional service he provided.

Jahmir is one of the most polite and respectful young men I’ve come across in a long time. From the moment we met him, he was courteous, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle we were considering. He paid close attention to every detail and answered our questions with honesty and confidence.

What stood out the most was how genuine he felt, not pushy, not scripted, just sincerely eager to help. It’s rare to find someone so young with that level of professionalism and customer care. I truly hope the dealership knows what a gem they have in him.

I had a fantastic experience with Shanise during my recent oil change. She was attentive, professional, and very detail-oriented. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Shanise clearly explained the entire process, which made me feel confident and informed. After the maintenance was completed, she checked the tires right in front of me and even opened the hood to review everything, ensuring nothing was left unattended. Exceptional service all around!

10/10 experience Andrew was the best salesman ever!!! Made the process super easy. We’re from out of town and purchased a 2023 Hellcat charger widebody jailbreak that was super hard to find in state and he had everything set up to where all we had to do was come sign for our vehicle. He even went the extra mile to be sure the tank was filled up for us to get home and had the car detailed upon our arrival! Also set up for us to take pictures and stuck to his word on our trade quote! 100% would recommend Andrew and this dealership in general. We were already pre approved through a third party lender but they were able to get our interest rate even lower and discounted our warranty and gap insurance. We had an amazing experience all around.
