Brand new in box Crate&Barrel 9 foot balsam fir Christmas tree. I bought it last year but never used it as my husband did not want an artificial tree, although this looks like a real tree. It retails for $1,100 at C&B but no longer available in 9ft. They only have the 7.5ft at $800. I also have a lot of Christmas decorations from C&B available for sale, all brand new with tags still.
