There is no core charge on this item. —can deliver for a fee— This is a remanufactured 5.3 engine. Less than 1 mile on it since rebuilt. Just turned it on to test for leaks and function. This is a Gen 3 (99-06) cast iron block with aluminum heads. The block was sent to the machine shop. The heads were rebuilt and resurfaced. The block has new cam bearings/rod bearings/main bearings/lifters/oil pump/timing components and piston rings installed. Everything was done to O.E. spect stock piston ring gapped. ***Not gapped for noss or boost*** New gaskets and sensors were installed. The engine block has been painted orange. The valve covers, oil pan, power steering bracket, tensioner, idler, timing cover, and rear main seal cover have been painted metal gray and look nice. This engine comes complete from oil pan to intake manifold. The engine will come ready to be plug and play for you to drop in. It will include: Oil pan, valve covers, front timing cover and rear main seal cover, valley cover, fuel rails, crankshafts pulley, water pump, steam tubes and hoses, belt tensioner, Drive by cable throttle body,Map sensor, spark plugs, oil filter, injectors, spark plug wire set, ignition coils with brackets and harness , crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, water temp sensor, oil pressure sensor, knock sensors with harness and grommets, Alternator and serpentine belt. Idle control valve, throttle position sensor, oil pan level sensor, power steering pump, alternator with brackets oil cap, oil dipstick, fuel pressure regulator, the heads are 862 castings.
