Comes with under skirt. Fit is flexible (thanks to the flowiness and adjustable corset)!! I’m size small / XS and 5’5 —but wore 6 inch platform heels with this dress (plenty of room for alteration). Absolutely LOVED this dress, felt like Juliet from Romeo and Juliet. So romantic, dramatic, yet classic at the same time. Originally $5,000 (worn last December)
