My interaction with Mark was flawless. Instead of trying to push the vehicle I bought, Mark was laid back yet very informative. Although I CARFAX’d prior to my visit, he provided ALL the history on the car without me bringing anything up. There wasn’t a moment of “Hmm he left that out” like I have experienced in the past at other dealerships.
The ride along was pretty cool, he Wanted me to take it on the freeway, Wanted me to mess with the all the buttons inside the car, etc.. He said “I want you to be sure you want this car and that there are NO surprises”.

He very much cares about the people that come to him looking for their next vehicle and genuinely wants the transaction to be a win-win situation for both parties when selling you a car.
