Great condition. 42" wide 20" deep (top) 40x40" surface when top is fully open ~20" tall when normal coffee table ~27" tall when top is lifted There is a smaller shelf that pops up and also acts as a support for the main top to flip open and double in size! It's so cool. Holds up to ~100lbs on the top but i never used anything that heavy. The side legs are stable that you can push the it around easily and not weaken the table overall. Loved using it but I only needed it till I finished building my dining table. There are two storage drawers. I left my yoga blocks in them for size reference. The table comes with the original instructions and extra hardware.
