Sheffield free spirit vintage Bike Needs a new Rear 26" x 1 3/8 Tire Not wheel Just Tire And tube 3 speed works Brakes work Chain is OK but you should switch it eventually from corrosion. It Doesn't have side to side play so it's definitely usable , not wore out has a vintage brass flick bell. You just pull it away in Any direction to ring it. Chrome Everything that's not painted/powder coated. Slight rust in certain spots due to how old it is and being in a garage
