Description

Mechanically sound RV. My wife and I lived in it for a year after we sold our house. No pets and no smoking. I just moved it to a Rv near Brentwood. I'll have a full list of things that need to be fixed. I should have it up updated within a week when I go back to the storage. Cons: - Both A/C units don't work(They didn't work when I bought it in 2021) It could be something big or small, but I never had it diagnosed. I put a residential A/C unit in the dinette window during the summer. -Electric stair arm is broken ( Purchased and haven't installed it yet) -Black tank valve seal is worn. ( Very stiff when closing door after dumping Is currently on non-op. Feel free to ask any questions. I'll update photos and more info during this week. PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME AND YOUR WITH RIDICULOUSLY LOW OFFERS
