Well, the day I never thought would come, has officially come. 1996 Honda CBR900RR Custom paint Purposely mix matched fairings because I liked this combination the best. (I got the bike with no fairings) 929 exhaust modified to fit. Extended rear arm. All maintenance is up to date and recently did an oil change and haven’t even ridden the bike since. For the last 2 and half years I’ve owned the bike, it’s always slept indoors. Only two things I’d recommend for the bike is getting the carbs synced and replacing one part that goes in the rear wheel, I just can’t remember the name of it for the life of me right now. I’ll update the post once it comes to mind. UPDATE: part needing to be replaced are the rear wheel dampeners. Added a picture of a listing on eBay with pricing and oem part number. Bike has 53,734 miles as of 5/6/24. Bike is extremely reliable for its age. I’ve gone 4+ hours of constantly riding without an issue. I truly don’t want to sell the bike but it hurts me to see it just sit there. I’ve been way too busy to ride and I’d rather it go to someone else to enjoy and I’ll get another one in the future.
