Original Signed Abstract Landscape Painting from Moldova – 40.5” × 40.5” – Custom Framed – $650

Facebook Marketplace Original Signed Abstract Landscape Painting from Moldova – 40.5” × 40.5” – Custom Framed – $650 Beautiful, substantial original signed painting imported directly from an artist in Moldova, dated 2022 and professionally custom framed after its arrival in the U.S. Overall framed size: approximately 40.5” W × 40.5” H. At more than three feet square, this is a large statement-scale original artwork with enough presence to anchor a living room, dining area, entry, office or other substantial wall. This is an actual original painted canvas — not a print or reproduction. The surface has wonderful visible brushwork, texture and dimensional areas of paint that are especially beautiful in person. The composition falls somewhere between an abstract landscape and waterscape: expansive blue water, atmospheric sky, vivid greens and small passages of red, ochre, white and deep blue. Depending on how you see it, it can evoke a lake, coastline, inlet or countryside meeting the water. After importing the painting from Moldova, I brought it to an experienced local framer who has been in business for more than 50 years. He selected oak specifically for the piece, created the custom box-style frame, and finished the wood in a subtle ashy tone chosen to complement the painting and allow its blues, greens and warmer accents to stand out.
