No title for trailer Priced to sell Has some water damage on parts of the ceiling as well as some of the side paneling The floor is in good condition The Jack works One bed room one One bathroom Front door to trailer looks flimsy like it needs fixed or replaced also looks a little broken (door knob gets stuck sometimes so you have to pry it open) Solid frame Some of the cabinets need to be replaced as they obtained water damage and disintegrated Lights don't work I believe it might need some work on the exterior as well as one of the corners has tape on it Personally I bought it for the axles but I never got around to doing the swap so, you would have to be the judge whether it is a good candidate for your rehab project or not Message me if you're interested ONLY
