Just bought new ink for printer $80 and realized the printer won't print black even tho the ink is new and full..... all other functions work on this machine. It's scans copies and faxes. If you have this machine or one compatible with the cartridges this is a good deal for the ink. It's a wifi set up. The control screen got damaged when moved from overseas but still works/functions fine! We didn't bother fussing with trying to fix it much since we have another functioning printer so you may have some luck getting it to print black correctly.
