Schauer 6/12 volt trickle charger/charger/booster. Tested working and recently overhauled. Used it to boost a car yesterday. Low and high charging settings and "jump" starting boost setting. Missing dial but the shaft is easy to turn by hand without it. I'm looking for a compatible dial in the meantime and may find one. If you have one that will work let me know so I don't have to hunt lol. I disassembled the case, cleaned out the internals, built a handle, painted the cabinet and installed a hook for the leads which I extended with a pair of jumper cables because the old connectors were in very bad shape. The following voltages were tested yesterday; 6 volt low reads 5.8 volts on the meter, 6 volt high reads 7.0, 12 volt low is 8.8 volts and 12 volt high reads 11.8 volts both on charge and start positions on the dial. I used it to jump start a completely dead 77 C-10 with a 350 CI engine yesterday and it had no issue after only about a minute on the charger before turning the key. The truck cranked for about 10 seconds after a pump of the accelerator to give it a shot of fuel it fired right up.
