92”L x 42”W x 33”H brown leather futon sofa sleeper for sale. This couch has been well loved, but is in good structural condition. It’s listed as fair for cosmetic reasons, as there are scuffs and scratches on the edges and surface. This couch is BIG and comfortable. It makes a great sleeper bed for a guest room, as the backs can be switched from about middle of the sofa to far back, allowing for lounging or upright sitting. The back rests come off to make it easier to move, and this reduces the height to 14”. The sofa body is one big piece, so don’t expect to be able to dismantle it and put it in pieces, other than taking off the back rests. The steel legs can also come off, but you will need to bring an Allen wrench to remove them. I love this couch, but I need more room for a playroom for my growing kiddo. Please make sure you have help to move this. It can be moved through the window in the same room directly to my driveway, but will require at least 2 people.
