No Cpu included. Only air cooler. I bought it for the cpu only a few years ago. Never used. I bought a high end air cooler " Noctua NH-U12A" instead of using this one. This cooler is for low-end PC builds or it can be used as a spare. Comes in new in box. Thermal paste intacted. But you may want to add a little extra Thermal paste on to the cpu before you install for better thermal tolerance.
