I have burgundy and black Electric scooter that has never been used with 0 miles on it. These DO NOT have the battery installed. They have all the extras alarm system locking rear wheel anti-tampering ignition and locking steering wheel for security. They are full size frame and they have a top speed of 25to 28 mph depending on the tire size that you go with. I paid over $1500 with lead acid battery and I am quick selling them with no battery at $695 each. Again these DO NOT have the batteries installed in them. Lead acid batteries are around $40 each you’ll need five of them and a 72volt lithium battery is around $500 total.
