Severe buyers remorse.. very friendly service but typical gimmicks from the time i walked in but i was tired of looking for a car..never shop when youre exhausted. . walked out with the $6,000 maroone warranty, tires and auto service coverage...terrible when you have to get in touch to use it.. terrible auto service warranty as well..bad deal all around if you are able to get a pre-approval from a credit union or your bank do it..don't buy anything from the dealer paying way more for what I have than I should..take your time and listen, don't shop buy yourself if you're able to..

Let me get the negative out of the way: Had a service appointment for 9am. The service advisor shows up to work 30 minutes late with ZERO sense of urgency.
Now the positive: I was greeted by Danny Guevara. Super attentive and courteous.
Then, in the absence of my service advisor, Ixchel took care of me and it showed that she cares about the customer experience. She was thorough on explaining what the service items were and possible charges.
Overall, extremely happy with the interaction and experience with the staff. Close to 5 stars.
