Firm on the price but friendly honest service. I didn’t feel like there were any surprises. Used cars have issue and Sam was upfront about everything. We purchased a car and were happy with our choice due to Sams friendly service.

I take back my prior 5star review.  2 months after my car purchase I have not been able to drive it since. The engine transmission and electrical are all very faulty. The engine skips and the transmission has never shifted properly due to a few mechanical issues. I took it into the mechanics to see what was wrong and it's going to cost me a few grand to fix. I brought this to the dealerships attention who had assured me there were no issues before I got it but they had to take the car back to fix the suspension and that wasn't even all on the long list of problems. So yeah I got to use my car for 2 months and since have not driven it because it is a complete hazard.

This was the most seamless, most low pressure environment I've ever been in while buying a car. I came to look at 2 cars initially. I wound up driving 3, and bought my first choice of the 3. The car I purchased had low miles, no mechanical issues and only minor dings on the sides. I bought it for under average market sales price and have driven it for a couple weeks now with no other issues coming up. While I was there 2 other sets of people were also able to walk away with cars they wanted for a price they liked. Definitely check this car lot out and if you see something you like, know that you are going to get a fair deal on it.

The staff is very friendly and knowable. There was no pressure to buy and I felt welcomed. I love my new ride.

If your looking for an honesty sale, please ,don’t go here. Went to look at a car for my son today and drove it drove good. The website said “Clean Title.” However, after a visual inspection, I noticed that the car look like it been in the accident because of gaps in the bumper and I also noticed a peep of the airbags  in the back passenger rear window of the Honda as if the airbags deployed. I mentioned it to the male helping us and he asked me how did I know? (instead of denying it.) I told him exactly what I have seen in my visual inspection, and he told me since the stripes weren’t damaged on the outside of the car (meaning the pin stripes) that it had not been in an accident . I told him we liked it except for that. Once I was walking away, he told me that he is firm on the price, if I were to come back. I never asked for a discount, so not sure why he said that. I chuckled and took my $10k in cash elsewhere lol Honesty is not the best policy here and I am glad I am very observant and didn’t get duped here. Also saw some of the reviews and I am pretty sure most of them are true. No pressure on sales because the customer service is horrible.
