10’ trailer and 13’ with the tongue Pink slip on hand Dimensions Exterior Height 7’ and 8’ with the air vent Length 10’ trailer and with tongue 13’ Width 6,6” and 8’6 with tires. Interior length 9’9”, width 5’9” and height 5'6". Single 3,500-lb axle Tires are in great condition and have a lot of miles still to go, just replace the tires air valves with metal for longevity and tires always on wood so they won’t crack. No water leaks Replace the air vent is a manual vent and it works I added a spare tire and the spare tire holder bracket All light work and the electric brakes as well. Also I replaced the trailer plug cuz was damaged and the front jack. It also has rear jacks for extra support. Might need a new paint job 😊
