The fabric is a velvet , soft fabric that is extremely comfortable and very easy to clean. Measure measures 106 x 95 , has deep seats and the chase is ginormous. Comes from a pet friendly home, but was just professionally cleaned and all cushion covers are removable and machine 🛋️ Retails for over 3500 brand new , if you’re interested we let it go for 750 with delivery and even assist loading into your home 🏠
