This is a weighted blanket 7# weighted blanket for a child. Long story why I have 2 so I am getting rid of this on. What I have found with the one we do use, is that the “weight” inside tends to slide inside the cover but can be easily distributed to even compression. The cover is removable and washable. Minky material, so very soft. Great for children with sensory processing disorders, anxiety, or just have a hard time sleeping. I did not take out of box because I didn’t think I’d ever get it back in lol
