Wile the cost is more, it’s worth it. 700.00 Coach batteries: They work, just old. Have a little trouble getting the slide out to work smoothly. Just not enough juice. Needs 4ea 6v batteries for 1400.00 Flooring: The composit flooring doesn’t like the temperature changes so the come apart a little. Mostly cosmetic issue. 1600.00 This brings the price to 16,000.00 after allowances. Thousand Trails Membership Included Elite - Basic Cost $9000.00 At transfer of membership there will be a 750.00 transfer fee paid by buyer to thousand trails corp. that is their fee for the transfer. You should call 1000 trails and ask about what’s included. It’s valuable especially for full time RV’ers.
