I have 2 mercury outboards a 150 and a very rare 225 both from 1984 based on the black max xr4 design. Both are parts motors only and will require small additional parts. The 150 is almost complete and has a working trim and lower unit The 225 is just missing the lower unit , cowling and some electrical parts. Arguably you could swap the parts to build one real nice running 225. If you have any other questions feel free to ask
