Really easy, everyone is so kind and nice. After a year and half of looking, of dealing with every flavor of car companies, this place was a breath of fresh air. Had a great experience here. We ended up leaving with two great cars! Staff was super friendly. EDU, the salesman, helped us with the test drive and making sure we chose what we wanted.
