I purchased a full 5-50lbs dumbbell set with rack and don’t use these anymore. Used them for about 2 years about 2 times a week, and took good care of them, so they are in almost new condition. These are quick adjustable dumbbells, just twist the handle to adjust the weights from 5-50lbs in 5lbs increments. You just put the dumbbells in their stands to adjust.
