In good condition, with two exceptions: 1. One chest clip from the strap is missing. The seat cannot be adjusted up and down. It is perfectly safe, and we used it successfully for over a year and a half, but it does limit size capacity on the far ends of the size spectrum (very small or larger children). My daughter used is successfully from about 10 months to 29 months, and then she outgrew it, since we couldn't move the seat down any further. This is a great opportunity for an affordable child hiking carrier that should work for an estimated year and a half of use.
