I wanted to let everyone know that this place is nothing but a huge waste of time. No matter who you speak to they all mislead you. And here is why!

On September 24, 2025 I reached out to the dealer Via the online portal for two different types of vehicle a 1500 RAM Limited and a
1500 Ram Laramie since when I entered all of my information, including the trade-in full description of my vehicle, mileage, trim, etc. I was provided a different trade-in when looking into each of those two vehicles listed above. Emily a New car sales rep reached out to me and I asked several questions and informed her that I didn’t want to waste my time And I wanted to ensure that the proper information was being given to me so she quickly transfer me over to Adriana Luna, which is the Director of Internet Sales.

Just to have a good context, I informed everyone (Emily, Adriana and Angel) of my Credit Tier level, that I was interested in signing Drive, which is a zero down payment whether leasing or financing, I will need to have minimum of 15k miles per year which is everything I selected on the online portal. At this point I informed Miss Luna about my concerns and how I didn’t want to waste my time and drive 120 miles round-trip just to sit down and play the negotiating games which takes several hours sometimes, I also mentioned to her that this is not the first time that I finance or lease vehicles and I understand the process and what I need to provide. She was very quick to inform me that they will back up any offer that the online portal has provided me to just print everything out And if I have other offers from other dealers, they will beat it no matter what by $1,000.00. Adriana Luna then insured me that I would not be wasting my time and I will be driving out with this vehicle if I invest a time.

When I arrive to the dealer on September 25, 2025 at approximately 9:12 AM Adriana introduced me to Angel Rodriguez, which is the customer experience manager. This man does not deserve to have this title because he clearly does not have the necessary quality traits that disposition requires. He was very quick to tell me how things work was not willing to listen, then not wanna do the legwork and wanted me to provide him every single documentation upfront instead of working the numbers as I requested. This is the game that many theaters like to play so they can cut corners and have large margins when it comes to beating other offers From other dealers.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here no matter what documentation I printed out even from the online portal, clearly showing two different amounts for my trade-in vehicle. They did not want to honor that. They also did not want to Honor a dealer proposal and a finance breakdown document provided from another dealer which clearly showed line by line #’s. After he took 3 Short minutes in the box with his supervisors, he came back and said that there’s nothing that he can do. I then request To speak to Adriana Luna, which was on site and available, but he was quick to reply that she has nothing to talk to me about.

This goes to show you that Adriana Luna and Angel Rodriguez are a huge waste of time. They do not stand by their word. They are misleading individuals they provide you false Guarantees, and at the end, the one that pays as a customer.

And just to add one final thing, When I mentioned to Angel that I was gonna provide a negative review, his answer was don’t worry about it. I’ll be quick to rebuttal that with all honesty. I’m interested in hearing what this individual has to say since he is also a crooked liar!

We had a truly pleasant shopping experience. Guillermo was extremely knowledgeable and honest, walking us through everything upfront and making his best recommendations. Laura, who also assisted us, was very patient and kind, taking the time to go through every detail. She was also very knowledgeable and ensured we felt comfortable and confident with our payments. Overall, highly recommend this dealership and working with Guillermo & Laura!

Andres was just as attentive, making the experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.

Both went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the honesty and care they showed throughout my visit.
