I purchased a car at this dealership on Sunday. After two days of driving it, it just wasn’t for me (bolt EV). The gentleman in finance Larry (I think that was his name) mentioned to me when purchasing the used vehicle that I did have a 3 day grace period. When I went back to the dealership that Wednesday to express my displeasure with my car I thought it was going to get told off honestly or, they were going to give me the run around.

That couldn’t have been further from the truth. Jay my original salesman went to his manager and they both flat out said “we want to make you happy”. The manger told me to go check out other vehicles with jay and he would go talk to finance just to let them know about the situation. I ended up leaving with a 2024 Malibu which I love.

I also want to mention the fact that they all stayed until 10:15pm to make sure I left with the car. They didn’t make me feel bad or like they were frustrated with being there so late. Even when they delivered the car they didn’t rush me out.

Also, my salesman Jay recently just started working there. He made my whole experience worthwhile. He’s extremely genuine and at no point did he just try to sell me something. He will be getting mine and my families business in the future 100%. He even called me the night I left with the Malibu to see how my drive home was, it must’ve been close to 11pm.  I hope whoever this comment gets to recognizes that he is an asset to your team

Yall I have to say Michael Cuillo is the absolute easiest car salesman I've ever worked with. We have purchased many cars over the years and I have always hated the anxious experience. This man understood I wanted it all approved and ready for me to sign when I got off work to do our trade. That is exactly what I got. I will absolutely be back everytime to work with him. Horrible customer service from the service center. I called to schedule my recall services and other manufacturer issues on my vehicle. I was told they needed to order the parts and would call when they arrived. I never received a call and had to call back myself. When scheduling I was told they did not do day rentals. The individual I was speaking to told me I should go get my vehicle serviced at another location closer to me and ended the conversation. I left a review on their automated email and was contacted by John. He apologized and said he would accommodate my request. If I didn’t leave the review this is the way they treat customers? Once I dropped off my vehicle I was told they’d contact me as soon as it was ready. If I didn’t get the rental, I would have been without a vehicle for 8+ hours. I was told by my service rep that they couldn’t so all repairs because they needed to order a part and would call when it arrived. They called a few times before I was able to schedule the final repair. When I called I spoke with John he told me they don’t do rentals unless it’s all day repair. I asked him how long my repair would be, he said all day. He didn’t like my questions or responses so he said my service rep would call me back.. never received a call. I called back twice no response. I get a call today to threaten me they’re going to return the part if I don’t schedule.. is this really what customer service looks like in 2024? If so I will not recommend this dealership for any service.

What an amazing dealership.  Was greeted by Blakley Friend.  My wife and I were in the market for a new pickup truck.  Blakley asked us what we plan on using the truck for, what colors we liked, and if there was anything specific the truck had to have.  Pointed out a few must haves and colors we liked.  He lead us out to a 2024 Colorado.  He grabbed the keys and off we went.  He was great at explaining all the trucked offered.  I will say he went through the extensive menu system and everything it offered.  We tried to keep up, but there was sooo much.  Huge learning curve for us for sure.  We ended up settling for a white Colorado Z71.  We were offered a very far trade value for what we drove in.  Admit it, people think their vehicles are worth double of what the dealer estimates the value.  I know all the problems mine had when we arrived.  He took care of everything.  Blakley ensured we received every discount we could.  Be sure to ask for the Military discount.  Very easy to get verified.  Financing is financing no easy way to deal with it.  Blakley kept us informed of every step and the long waiting game getting everything set up.  All finished, headed out the door to our new truck.  Blakley walked us through some setup features for all tech that it came with.  I highly highly recommend Blakley Friend to ANYONE looking to drive their new fancy home.  No joke, this was the easiest car deal I have ever been through.  Thank you Blakley Friend.
