This set was left from my previous tenant I asked to leave. They are about 4 years old. I don’t know if the washer works I was told it does but I never checked. I do know the dryer does not work. I was told the heating element is bad. I called a service repair guy and explained what it was doing and the code it shows on the front panel HC. He said it has something to do with the heating element. I didn’t bother with repairing it since the new tenant moving in has a set.i 100.00 for the set and bring help to load.
