If you want to get a full body work out, this thing can definitely make that happen. It goes from a squat rack, to an incline bench, to a regular bench, to a decline bench. You could also use the back racks for either weights or some thing to hold the barbell for deadlifts or bent over rows. The bench itself also turns into a quad machine, hamstring machine, and can offer isolated curls for your biceps!
