This is an awesome Squier by Fender Precision Bass with two sets of pickups, the Split-coil of the Precision Bass combined with the single-coil of the Jazz. It's the best of both worlds. This bass is in excellent condition with some light scratching in the clear coat in one spot on the back, with no chips or dings. It was professionally set up and has very good action. It is ready to go. Below $350, these PJ Fender copies are the true sweet spot and are instruments that can be played on stage. Forget the Glarrys and Donners and First Acts and stick with Fender's Squiers, Music Man's Sterling and SUB Series, and anything Yamaha. I do have a Black-on-Black Squier by Fender Standard P-Bass listed for $180. That's a great deal for a first time bass, but if you're gonna stick with it this PJ configuration with dual pickups is absolutely the way to go. A new guitar stand can be thrown in for $20.
