I love my truck that I bought, but 5 minutes after leaving the TPMS light came on and says I have no air in one of my tires.   I called the next morning because I bought extra tire warranty and was told it wasn't covered.  I thought that since it happened right after I bought the truck they would have offered to take care of it but nope.   The afternoon after I bought truck the drivers side window switch panel went out.   I understand it was a used truck.  I was just surprised that within a 24 hour period I was having issues.
Other than that I'm very happy with my truck and the friendliness of the employees

My husband and I went to the Auto Nation Dodge Ram and Jacob was our sales associate. He was absolutely amazing. So sweet and was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns about buying a used vehicle. There were some issues with the car since it is a 2011 Ram 1500. But that is to be expected and he said with the package we get, we can come back and they can fix it for us for free which is so so helpful. Overall I would say our experience was good. Pretty quick. We got there at 6:30pm and I think left around almost 7:45pm. Thank you everyone for your kindness and giving us our new favorite vehicle!!!

We had a great experience with Donnie McElroy at AutoNation. He was quick with the approval process and got my husband in the truck of his dreams. General Manager Dave Wright came out to help program and navigate truck information on the phone. They are the nicest group I have come across while shopping for a vehicle. I give them a 12!
