2004 Jayco jay flight 5th wheel trailer Clean title Been well kept and loved. Comes with 1500watt champion generator that works like new and was recently serviced. Has a brand new deep cycle 12volt battery for the 12v appliances inside trailer. Also comes with charge controller And 3500w inverter for a solar system that has not been installed yet. All appliances including AC work perfectly. No plumbing issues or leaks. In case of a plumbing issue there is also plumbing fittings, tool and extra pipe included. The awning out front is in good conditions other than some stains. But opens and closes fine. No rips. Has a 32in wall mounted tv and surround sound but radio. Has 1 slide in the living room, queen size bed, and lots of storage inside and out. Sleeps up to 5 people. Couch and dinning room table both turn into a bed. Brand new tires including spare.
