Truck Camper by Lance in Fair condition. For 8ft long bed trucks ( 8ft 6ins loa ) . Weight is 1800+ lbs dry so a 2500 truck minimum V8 is recommended. No A/C , never fitted. You can fit one if needed! ( but a great , much less expensive solution ? A 12volt 'Maxx' 2 way air fan/ hatch fits easily ) No Leaks! What works ? Propane Fridge ( serviced and new burner 2025) , 3 Burner Stove and Oven, Heater / Furnace. TV . 12volt Water pump. LED lamps. All sliding windows and hatches. New Ikea Queen mattress 2025. Not working ? Hot water tank needs replacing, the hot water burner system is ok. 110v charger needs repair . House battery runs but may need replacing . Will sleep a family of 4 , as bunk above dinette folds down. Once sold I can deliver to you in Central or South Arizona if needed.
