Purchased less than 1 year ago new from Costco. Retail price was $349.99. It works as an AC, fan, and dehumidifier. The unit is 8,000 BTUs and will cool a medium room. The box says it fits windows 25”-60”. I did cut one of the inserts to fit my 23” window, so keep that in mind. It does not come with insulation strips, but does come with a remote. I am willing to deliver up to 5 miles away. Open to negotiation.
