Obviously, it’s not like new it’s I don’t know 70 or 80s years old, but it’s in great stability condition. The finish is actually still very nice. There’s one spot on the top corner that will have to be sanded a little and re-stained, but it’s a beautiful well-made, not too big, or small just right, but remodeling garage and need it out immediately willing to take offers to get it out today
